How soon can I move in?
Most suites are move-in ready! Once your application is approved and your first payment is complete, you can move in as early as the same week. Custom build-outs may take a few additional days depending on design choices. We will do whatever serves your needs. Got clients you need to service tomorrow - we can make that happen!
How much do I need to put down?
We keep it simple — usually just your first month’s rent plus a security deposit. There are no large upfront build-out costs unless you’re requesting custom changes. Payments can be made as simple as a zelle payment to the property management company and you can get the keys to your dream unit same day!
What utilities are included?
Utility setup depends on the suite you choose.
Some suites, tenants are responsible for their own electric, gas, and Wi-Fi, billed separately based on individual usage and square footage.
Some suites have their own meters and are managed by the tenant.
We’ll review your exact unit details during your tour so you know exactly what’s covered — no surprises.
What is the minimum lease term?
We offer flexible lease options designed to fit your stage of growth — with the best rates available for longer commitments.
Choose from month-to-month options or extended leases starting at 18 months and beyond. Most tenants sign two-year or longer leases, allowing them to build equity through customization credits and truly make their space their own.

Do I need good credit to qualify?
